In Parliament today, the 22nd of October, the Speaker informed the House that on Thursday 17th of October, he had declared four (4) Parliamentary Seats vacant under Order 18 of the Standing Orders and applying Article 97(1)(g)(h) of the 1992 constitution of Ghana.
