MentorSeth Doe Esq is a Legal Associate of Crabbe, Crabbe & Co, focusing on corporate advisory and commercial transactions services.
He is also the Research Head of the Legists Research Legal Consult Company, a research company pioneering in advanced legal research, academic consultancy and law mentorship.
He is also a research consultant for the Conference of Law Deans Ghana and the course lead for the Legists practical internship on advanced commercial transactions and corporate drafting, an innovative course to supplement contract law knowledge of students with a hands on approach to commercial transactions and corporate drafting.
He’s also the lead editor for the law study guide.
Seth Doe holds a BL from the Ghana School of Law (2022), an LL.B from the University of Ghana School of Law (2020) where he held the position of academic head invoking his interest in law student mentorship and guidance. His current focus is legal research into corporate financing and competition laws of Ghana.
